An infrared temperature sensor precisely detects the actual temperature of the thermoplastic sheet during the heating phase, ensuring consistently uniform thermoformed artifacts. With universal compatibility and standard disc formats, the B-FORM Deluxe accommodates all commercially available thermoplastic sheet materials in square (125 x 125 mm) and round (Ø 120 and Ø 125 mm) formats, allowing seamless integration into your existing workflow. This fully automatic model streamlines the entire thermoforming process; after selecting the type and thickness of the thermoplastic sheet, the machine takes over, completing the process without any operator intervention.
